What will you do?

 

You will join a dedicated team developing flagship AI and ML solutions that are transforming the Credit and Lending landscape. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, production-ready AI solutions, work closely with business stakeholders, and help shape the technical direction of key initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative, and stable environment.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code
  • Lead the design of scalable and robust AI/ML solutions
  • Own engineering execution from technical design to production deployment
  • Mentor and support other engineers in their daily work
  • Co-create and promote coding standards and AI best practices
  • Evaluate and prototype new technologies related to RAG, LLM optimization, and agentic architectures
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across AI programmes
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with platform vision and long-term architecture

 

Your skills 

 

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Python and its ML/AI ecosystem
  • Strong experience with LLMs including architectures, fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP with hands-on project experience
  • Experience with databases and messaging including PostgreSQL, vector databases, Redis, and Pub/Sub
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, observability, and concurrency
  • Experience making architectural decisions and designing scalable systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
  • Commitment to engineering excellence including TDD and BDD practices
  • Very good English communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders

 

Nice to have

 

  • Knowledge of Java
  • Experience with middleware and integration tasks
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with GCP Cloud Build
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working in the financial services domain
  • Experience in credit and lending projects
