What will you do?

The duties of the IT Support Assistant / Junior IT Support Analyst position will include supporting staff in the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of computers, external devices and software based on accepted standards and guidelines. The person in this position will also be responsible for remote technical support and training of staff in the use of computers, computer devices and software, as well as support of GFT company systems (Active Directory, antivirus, MDM, etc.). 

Your skills:

•    Knowledge of Windows 10
•    Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
•    Commercial or non-commercial experience in user support and diagnosing basic network problems
•    Basic knowledge of Active Directory
•    Ability to prioritize tasks
•    Very good communication skills
•    Ability to work in a team
•    Ability to work under time pressure
•    Good command of spoken and written English (global user support)
•    Education related to the IT field
 

Nice to have:

•    Knowledge of Mac OSX
•    Knowledge of mobile devices (Android, iOS)
•    Ability to replace components in devices, consumables
•    Basic knowledge of Azure/Intune
