Your main responsibilities will be:
- Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to multiple development teams, guiding them in the adoption of best practices, architectural patterns, and cutting-edge technologies.

Deep Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the organization's needs.

Passion for Technology: Strong passion for technology (Java/Kotlin, Spring Ecosystem, AWS, Gitlab, Microservices, Kafka, Vue.js) and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
