Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design and Develop Pega Applications: Create and maintain robust, scalable Pega applications tailored to meet business requirements.
- Customize and Configure Solutions: Adapt Pega applications through customization and configuration to align with specific business needs and processes.
- Integration and Implementation: Implement Pega applications and integrate them seamlessly with external systems, APIs, and existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure Quality and Performance: Conduct thorough unit testing of Pega applications to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality, provide constructive feedback, and share best practices with peers.
- Adapt and Learn: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, particularly in mastering Pega development if lacking prior experience, with full support provided.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Pega Development: Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and implementing Pega solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable applications.
- Pega PRPC Expertise: Strong understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), including system integration, workflow design, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Pega BPM: Proficiency in Pega BPM methodologies, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to apply them effectively to meet business needs.
- Integration Skills: Experience in designing and implementing integration services using REST, SOAP, and other relevant protocols within Pega environments.
- Database Proficiency: Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts, such as Oracle and SQL Server, to manage data and support application functionality.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PEGA Certification is a plus.
- Programming languages experience (e.g., Python, Java).
- Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English (at least B2).
- Nice to have German.
