Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Ab Initio.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand data requirements and transform these requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize and enhance existing ETL processes to ensure data efficiency and quality.
- Document ETL processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve performance and data quality issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are consistently followed.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ETL solutions.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge about data warehouses and data modelling.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ETL development.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, preferably graphical ETL-tools like Ab Initio.
- Experience in programming with SQL, PL/SQL and relational databases.
- Willingness to experience the cloud, preferably AWS.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Experience handling large volumes of data and optimizing queries.
- Familiarity with cloud data storage and processing systems.
- Fluency in English (at least C1).

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Fluent communication skills.
- Team player: ability to work with teams distributed geographically in different locations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills/investigating skills on technical matters.
