Your main responsibilities will be:
- Automate the setup of development, testing, and production environments using modern tools (GitLab, Crossplane, Terraform).
- Design and drive enhancements across the full SDLC, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Build and maintain optimized pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring infrastructure health and performance.
- Collaborate with teams to implement processes that accelerate delivery and enable developers to focus on innovation.
- Commit to the internal DKB library, contributing to the evolution of internal frameworks and tools
Required Skills:
- Automation: Proficient in tools like Terraform, Crossplane, and GitLab for automating infrastructure and software delivery.
- CI/CD: Strong experience with GitLab to set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud Computing: Proficient in AWS for managing cloud-native applications.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform for automating infrastructure.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Monitoring & Logging: Proficient in monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenSearch for infrastructure and application health.
- Scripting: Skilled in scripting languages (Bash, Powershell) to automate tasks and support DevOps processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience with CI/CD (GitLab), Test Automation, and Cloud application design (AWS).
- Committed to continuous improvement and contributing to internal libraries and tools.
Soft skills:
- Strong understanding of the SDLC with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a distributed team environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and keen on developing oneself and others.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
