Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Managing assigned projects or specific tasks within the limitations of scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the project.
• Supporting the development of proposals, managing parts of them, and providing cost and outcome forecasts.
• Identifying project-level risks and managing them proactively. Providing support in the planning, analysis, response, and control of project-level risks.
• Collaborating on team-level coaching activities.
• Participating in training initiatives, suggesting and organizing training courses.
• Demonstrable ability in preparing and organizing workshops based on identified team needs.
• Ensuring project adherence to PMO, CMMI quality standards, and all applicable internal policies.
• Facilitating conflict resolution at the team level.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineer or related field or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (at least B2).
• Nice to have German.
• Certified Agile Coach or equivalent certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.

Prefered skills:

• Over 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
• Demonstrable experience in coaching Agile teams, including facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

• Teaming and building relationships: ability to work with teams distributed geographically in different locations and to build a culture of trust.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and prioritization of tasks.
