“Delivery” is at the core of what we do. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Executive Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale projects and programs. This role is responsible for ensuring high‑quality delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through operational excellence.
We’re looking for a strategic leader with deep delivery expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
You are a delivery‑driven leader who:
- Prioritizes successful outcomes and supports your Delivery Manager (DM) partners in their mandates.
- Effectively collaborates with Client Managers (CMs) to strengthen customer relationships.
- Brings extensive experience in implementing, managing, and turning around large-scale projects and programs.
- Thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing strategy at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery outcomes for all accounts under your oversight, acting as a primary escalation point for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Execute delivery strategies for projects and programs to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee project/program governance, including risk management, commitments, and overall delivery excellence, in collaboration with the GFT Quality Manager.
- Participate as a core member of the National Delivery Committee, accountable for delivery priorities within GFT Canada.
- Support business development, including contributing to proposals and responses to RFPs within your domain.
- Report directly to the Head of Delivery.

Compensation Range
Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000
Bonus: Eligible
