GFT is looking for an experienced and motivated business development consultant to lead the sales relationships cross customers (primarily in the Financial, Insurance and Industry sectors) for all Cloud opportunities. With the objective to make the Business grow with Cloud solutions cross sector, the candidate will be commercially responsible to maintain and improve the customers relationship (business/account planning, opportunities management, etc…).

 

As a business development person, you will be part of the GFT Cloud Centre of Excellence, collaborating daily with different GFT experts to push our value proposition across areas (AI, Architecture, Data, etc.). Therefore, you will have to understand the GFT offering as well as the different services provided by the Cloud providers to match market demand with existing offering and contribute to the identification of potential new offerings based on changes in the market or cloud providers.

 

Your main responsabilities will be:

 

  • Boost Cloud Business in GFT cross sector/account measured by the capacity to contribute to the improvement of quantitative and quealitative KPIs: revenues, margins, number of meetings with customers, RFIs/RPFs received, new customers created and new areas in existing customers penetrated.
  • Build deep customer relationships and support pre-sales activities for international opportunities handled led by other selling countries.
  • In collaboration with the account management teams and the Cloud Centre of Excellence generate opportunities to present proposals for new commercial engagements.
  • Together with the Account Managers, SMEs, marketing and Cloud providers, make marketing actions (events, webinars, social media awareness, etc...).
  • Together with Talent, Staffing and Cloud providers, identify ways to attract cloud talent through different actions (trainings, hackathons, etc.).
  • Owning Business financial management: budget, pipeline, forecast, revenues, costs, margins.

 

Skills will help you to succeed:

 

  • Technical or Economics/Business degree.
  • At least 7-10 years of working experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • Any kind of GCP, AWS, Azure know-how.
  • Good networking on the Industry, Insurance and Financial services sectors,

 

Soft skills:

 

  • Understanding of link between technical specialities and customer requirements.
  • Fluent communication skills.
  • Well organised.
  • Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.
  • Proactive.
  • Good coaching skills.
