Your main responsibilities will be:

User Research & Product concept

• Apply advanced user research methods, including in-depth interviews and use case exploration, to identify user and business needs and priorities.
• Drive the development of innovative product concepts and solutions, solving complex design challenges from a conceptual perspective.
• Effectively communicate research findings and design opportunities to the Product Owner and propose improvements.

 
Design

• Define end-to-end customer journey maps, user task flows, and sitemaps that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead the design of responsive user interfaces, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, showcasing interaction models for different use cases.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive Design System, creating Figma components to streamline the design process.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analyzing feedback alongside the Product Owner and Technical Lead to refine designs as necessary.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of designs across various stages of product definition.

 
Testing

• Execute and oversee UX evaluation studies to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, and usability of our applications.

 
Team

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, offering support when needed in specific areas of expertise.
• Report on project progress and ensure the team meets defined deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, following Agile methodologies for project execution.

Skills will help you to succeed: 
 

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira.
• Deep knowledge of user interface design processes and a strong commitment to user-centered design methodologies.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Exceptional skills in planning and building design system definitions.
• Strong affinity for working with Agile methodologies.
• An avid interest in the ever-evolving Digital IT sector.
• Outstanding visual design capabilities, with expertise in animations, micro-interactions, and advanced prototyping skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the banking industry.
• At least C1 level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Nice to have: 
 

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SASS.
• Expertise in responsive design principles to create layouts that perform optimally on various screen sizes.
• Knowledge of reactive frameworks such as Bootstrap and Angular materials.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
