What we are looking for?

We are looking for talented professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative within the corporate banking division of a leading International  bank.

The project focuses on the modernization of the bank’s online and mobile platforms, aiming to deliver a state-of-the-art, digital-first experience that maximizes process efficiency and customer value. As part of this initiative, you will join a team dedicated to designing and developing the bank’s customer interfaces—both web and mobile—as well as the supporting backend integrations. The end goal is to establish a scalable, efficient corporate banking platform that serves the full range of client segments.

Your main responsibilities as Android Tech Lead will be: 

• Analysis and design of new features
• Development, code review, and testing of features
• Incident resolution
• Technical alignment with Product Owner and other teams

Skills will help you to succeed: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineer or related field.

• Minimum 4 years experience in Android native development
  - Detailed knowledge of Kotlin
  - Fluent at Android Studio, Git, and Gradle
  - Knowledge and experience with Android Jetpack
  - Good knowledge of security mechanisms: Keystore, SSL pinning, encryption (AES, Diffie-Hellman), a man in the middle
  - Good knowledge of hardening mechanisms: ProGuard, DexGuard (or similar)
  - Good knowledge of architecture design for mobile applications (e.g. MVC architecture samples / SOLID principles / MVVMC / clean architecture)

• English required.
