GFT is looking for a Senior Service Designer who will Implement a strategic platform offering Generative AI capabilities, including inference, fine-tuning, data curation, and labelling. We are seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead the design and transformation of customer-centric experiences across our client's Wealth and Retail Banking services. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, technology teams, and business leaders to reimagine banking services that enhance customer engagement, optimize operations, and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Service Design: Develop and enhance customer journeys, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Customer Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Experience Strategy: Define and execute service design strategies that align with it's business goals and customer expectations.
• Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and service blueprints to visualize and validate new service concepts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure customer-centricity in decision-making and solution development.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in wealth and retail banking services.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
Mandatory Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in service design, UX/UI design, or customer experience strategy, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consulting.
• Strong expertise in customer journey mapping, service blueprints, and design thinking methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into human-centered solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across various levels.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of wealth management, retail banking, and digital financial services is a plus.
