Hibrid Position – Remote Position - EST Coast


The GFT Senior Sales, Client Unit Director is familiar with business consulting in fintech. Must be seasoned professional who can hunt and has a success record in selling. Determines internal sales agreements and conditions, supervising sales management, seeking new business, following the market, pricing policy and following high-level business negotiations.


Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience in working with sales in the IT Consultant companies such as Accenture, Cognizant and /or similar.
  • Experience in selling IT to Financial Services, but not limited to the sector; good potential and experience with other markets is positive as well.
  • Projects closed/managed for minimum 10M business. The candidate is expected to bring this kind of revenue to GFT in the first year.




  • Analyzing client issues in order to clearly identify requirements and shape existing GFT offerings accordingly.
  • Supporting on the end to end sales process, including managing the BID team effectively in order to meet client requirements.
  • May take on the role of Account Manager, responsible for managing the client relationship and project profitability.
  • Supporting or leading end to end sales processes as needed, working collaboratively with other areas of GFT to ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Managing relationships with senior level contacts in the client business, lead on client sales meetings and be tasked with developing relationships for the benefit of the business.
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring all decisions made are in line with commercial requirements.
  • It is also expected that all roles will build and own a network of senior level contacts across the industry/market segment/client portfolio and know who the key decision makers are across their client base.
  • The focus of roles in the Sales family is negotiating and influencing decision making within their client base in order to hit financial targets and contribute to the overall commercial performance of GFT.
