GFT is working as the Lead Partner on the client’s largest Global Digital Transformation.
The new GFT Performance Test Engineer will interact with cutting edge technology within a high performance team. You will be working on a brand new application that will have significant impact on business and users.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test automation software tools ( Karate , Rest Assured)
Develop and perform tests using tools such as Blazemeter
Estimate test accurately while coordinating the activities with the team members accordingly
Apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks
Analyze and verify best automated and manual test approaches
Direct involvement with product design team to guarantee adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements.
Design use cases and test cases outlining application work flow.
Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders.
Requirements/Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience writing automation scripts in one or more programming languages
Minimum 2+ years of Banking or Financial Services Experience
8-10 years’ overall experience
Strong experience on API testing automation and performance testing
Experience in Requirement analysis, Test cases design, Test Execution
Excellent Database skills
Ability to dig deeper into test failures and work with developers to identify a root cause
Experience with test tools like Karate, Cucumber, Balzemeter etc.
Experience with Agile Methodologies
Excellent Team Player with strong collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail coupled with a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard
