Daily Rate: $900

 

GFT is looking for a Lead Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in integrating AI technologies into product offerings from a global banking institution. This position involves conducting comprehensive market research, performing in-depth analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception to launch. As a GFT team member you will be part of a high performing team of executives within a 10,000+ and growing, global organization developing and implementing technology solutions for its clients and partners.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify

trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to inform

product strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives;

 

• AI Integration: Collaborate with AI specialists to incorporate advanced

technologies into product features, enhancing functionality and user experience;

 

• Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product development

process, including ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, and

launch. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals;

 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design,

marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and

successful market introduction;

 

• Communication: Effectively communicate product visions, strategies, and

updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment

across departments.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

 

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Computer

Science, Data Science, or a related field;

• Minimum 10+ years of experience;

• Leadership experience;

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product analysis or management, preferably with a focus on AI-driven products;

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their

application in product development. Familiarity with data analysis tools and

methodologies;

• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends,

and translate insights into actionable product strategies;

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with

the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and nontechnical

audiences;

• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects

simultaneously, with a track record of delivering products on time and within

scope.
