We are looking to grow our team by adding an experienced Head of Banking to be responsible for driving growth, relationship management, and overall business development across banking and financial services clients. This senior executive leads a team to achieve ambitious sales, revenue, and client satisfaction targets, working at the intersection of technology consulting and financial industry expertise. The role is pivotal in shaping and realizing the company’s vision for digital transformation and strategic partnerships within the banking and financial services sector.
Responsibilities:

Develop and lead go-to-market sales strategies for banking and financial services clients, aligning with company business objectives.

Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.

Build, nurture, and expand executive-level relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their technology transformation needs.

Lead account management; ensure delivery excellence, timely renewals, and growth of existing client accounts.

Report all financials regularly and work with Finance to develop budget, revenue commitments Etc.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and account management professionals.

Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings to keep the firm’s solutions ahead of the market.

Collaborate with delivery, solutions, and marketing teams to build impactful proposals and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Set ambitious revenue targets, forecast sales pipeline, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

Represent the organization at key industry and customer events.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.[1][3]

Substantial experience (15+ years) in banking and/or financial services sales, with leadership roles in technology consulting settings.

Proven track record in directly acquiring, managing, and growing large-scale banking/financial services accounts.

Strong understanding of technology trends in the banking sector (e.g., digital banking, core modernization, data/AI, risk management).

Seasoned communicator and negotiator, adept at building C-level relationships.

Results-driven, strategic thinker, innovative, and collaborative.
