Salary: 170,000 - 190,000$USD

We are now seeking a Client Partner to lead strategic relationships within Manufacturing and other industry sectors, helping clients accelerate their digital journeys and achieve measurable business outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:  

Client Partnership & Growth Strategy

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client transformation goals and industry trends.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design value propositions tailored to client needs.

Business & Financial Management

  • Manage all commercial aspects of the account, including revenue forecasting, margin optimization, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Own the P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
  • Partner with Delivery and Solution teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and commercial objectives.

Engagement Delivery & Governance

  • Oversee engagement quality, delivery performance, and compliance with GFT standards.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings with client steering committees to review progress, KPIs, and new opportunities.
  • Anticipate risks and lead escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and client feedback.

Industry & Market Development

  • Leverage industry insights to identify emerging opportunities within Manufacturing, Retail, and adjacent sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop tailored industry propositions.
  • Represent GFT at industry forums, client events, and executive briefings to strengthen the brand’s market presence.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and develop account and delivery teams to strengthen client partnership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams on new position requirements, including technical interviews and cultural fit assessments.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the account team.

 

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT services or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level client relationships and owning commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Data and Cloud transformation projects.
  • Prior exposure to Private Equity or Manufacturing clients highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and involvement in staffing and interviewing processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at executive levels.
