GFT is looking for a Chief Technology Officer who is an experienced leader with solid knowledge of different industries with strong business skills. You will be part of a high performing team of executives within a 10,000+ and growing, global organization developing and implementing technology solutions for its clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees GFT’s Technology strategy from both local and global perspectives;

• Hands on leading GFT innovation solutions and ensures its investments are profitable and efficient;

• Internal reference as a leader for GFT’s technical communities and represents GFT externally by being recognized on the market as a distinguished expert in his/her area

• Must have experience and technical abilities to define and shape the GFT value proposition, mainly the technology offerings to be a savvy technical expert in pre-sales presentations

• Stay connected with other GFT CTOs in other locations

• Technical leadership covering all aspects of technical, portfolio development and major operational investments;

• Experience leading relationships with partners and senior-level relationships with technology sector executives and emerging companies;

• Accountable for Research & Strategic Investment across different technical domains;

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Technology field – preferably in an IT Consulting Services Company; minimum 5 years working in a senior management position
• Strong technical background at least in one of the topics: Cloud, AI/ML, Data analytics, Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, etc.
• Strong ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders, external clients and partners
• Results oriented with clear KPI’s
• Strong global team management skills
