What are we looking for?

 

GFT is looking for an experienced and motivated Data Business Manager to lead the business development on the Data space, together with out technical experts. 

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

 

  • You will be leading the Data Offering (including Delivery, Presales and Team Lead). You will be part of a Data team, collaborating daily with other GFT experts to push our value proposition.
  • Boost Data Business in GFT cross sector.
  • Build deep customer relationships and presales activities for international opportunities handled led by other selling countries.
  • In collaboration with the account management teams, generate opportunities to present proposals for new commercial engagements.
  • Work with our partners to develop business and establish a win-win collaborations
  • Together with Account Managers, SMEs and marketing, make marketing actions (events, webinars, social media awareness, etc…).
  • Together with Talent and Data providers, identify ways to attract data talent through different actions (trainings, hackathons, meetups…).
  • Owning Business financial management: budget, pipeline, forecast, revenues, costs.

 

Skills that will help you succeed:

 

  • Proven experience in the Data space (specially in Big/Fast Data, Data in Cloud and Data Engineering, but also ETL, (no)SQL databases and/or Business Intelligence). Dealing with customers from Financial Services, Insurance or Industry.
  • Previous experience in IT Consultancy in big enterprises or Data ecosystem players.
  • High understanding of the end-to-end cycle of data (from ingestion to extracting value, through processing and storage).
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Collaborative, since you will be working with different stakeholders of the company (sales, delivery, talent, SMEs, staffing…).
