Senior Leadership Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution and operationalization of development programs, including verification of results in terms of quality and suitability
- Refining and evolving Leadership programme for specific groups of audiences in line with individuals and business needs
- Supporting career, talent and performance management
- Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at GFT
- Building positive and partnership relationships with leaders, managers, teams to become a real support on their individual development
- Work with the HR Business Partners to source, develop, organise and deliver talent and leadership development initiatives that support the talent strategy
- Manage current providers and identify and source new vendors to support learning activities and processes
- Implementing appropriate mechanisms and tools to measure learning impact and efficiency
- Partnering with various stakeholders within HR (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners etc.) and outside (internal trainers, Leaders, Managers ) to deliver best value of initiatives and assure their alignment and consistency
- Personally delivering trainings & facilitating sessions will be will be an asset
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Have experienced in Learning&Development areas (3-5 years in big size enterprises) in designing and implementing scalable solutions ( from needs analysis to solution design and evaluation)
- Have proven experience in designing and delivering leadership program/ initiatives that are dedicated for different group of leaders (also C-Level)
- Experience in managing external training vendors including negotiating commercial terms and contracts and maintaining a network of vendor relationships
- Experience in managing multiple projects: delivery consistent quality and timeliness, prioritization, devise action plans and drive collaboration to deliver objectives
- Are able to combine and analyze data from various sources, draw conclusions, explain the problem, analyze and recommend scenarios
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex and changing and high-volume environment
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly with audiences at all management levels
- Proven capability utilizing a wide variety of leadership assessment tools e.g., 360, MBTI, Type Coach, DISC, etc.
- If have practical knowledge about continuous improvement methods (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), project management and business analysis it will be an asset
