Role Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Technical Recruiter who is targeting to sharpen his/her recruiting competencies under demanding hiring requisitions which came from our project teams and be part of GFT’s mission to deliver our high-quality services by onboarding excellent team members.
The recruiting scope is not only limited within Vietnam but also in some other countries to support our business expansion.
Key Activities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process with a diversified levels of recruiting and a wide range of technology stacks

Track and report hiring progress over ATS and other tools

Meet performance metrics at individual level

Effectively manage relationship with different stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers)

Market research (skills, salaries, employee benefits, etc.)

Collaborate with other TA members to ensure the delivery of hiring requisitions asap

Proactively contribute ideas to optimize TA operational processes, eliminate redundancies

Involve in required Employer Branding activities

Undertake other tasks assigned by Manager
Required Skills
- 3+ years’ experience working in Technical Recruiting in fast-paced environment with proven track record
- Proficient in technical hiring for foreign companies, especially IT Services companies is a big PLUS
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Good skills of hunting, negotiation, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Good at adapting to a new ATS, using Excel, Powerpoint, and other tools
- Very responsive, can-do, mature, and proactive
- A good team-player
- Onboarding date can be in first month of 2024
