Technical Lead

We are looking for experienced and talented Technical Lead to join our global engineering teams and developing and operating our flagship product (Digital Bank platform).

 

Job description

As a Technical Lead, you are primarily responsible for the end-to-end development of the project.  Our technical solution is based on React micro frontends in enterprise-grade componentization with external components to be used and contributed to. 

  • To collaborate with different systems in an Agile project delivery model
  • Understand business requirements, lead the development team in technical decisions
  • Discuss and agree with different customer teams on any open topic.
  • Salary: Negotiable

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Technical Lead and/or Solution Architect.
  • 2+ years in web/frontend development and/or solutions architecture.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in React-centric projects.
  • Working practically with microservice architecture, Java 8 and/or Java 11, Spring, SpringBoot, and/or other popular frameworks
  • Banking or fintech experience is an advantage
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD with Jenkins, Docker, Git/BitBucket, etc.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Vacation

  • Maximum 18-day vacation leave/year (with the ability to carry over 05 days till 31st March of the following year)
  • Adding one more annual leave day for each two-year anniversary.
