As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with clients, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support the successful delivery of blockchain-enabled financial products. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. 

  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. 

  • Act as a liaison between business users and the development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment. 

  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility. 

  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder reviews to validate requirements and solutions. 

  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. 

  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and change management processes. 

  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for internal and external stakeholders. 
     

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven organization, with at least 1 year in Blockchain project.  

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

  • Proficient in requirements gathering tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, use cases, process maps). 

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and digital product delivery. 

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, BPMN. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. 
     

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in financial services, payments, or banking domains. 

  • Understanding of APIs, data modeling, and integration workflows. 

  • Should have DLT knowledge. 

  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments (e.g., KYC, AML). 

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus.
