Role Summary:

As a Technical Lead/Consultant, you will lead one or more development teams within the Client's Web App Transformation program. You will act as a senior consultant, offering guidance to delivery and management teams on architectural decisions, strategic direction, and technical implementation using React Native.

Key Activities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers in delivering scalable React Native mobile apps
• Act as a bridge between tech strategy and implementation – from roadmap to delivery
• Drive technical decisions, design reviews, and ensure code quality and performance
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and client stakeholders
• Lead solutioning discussions with client’s tech management team
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas across the mobile app modernization journey

Required Skills:

• 15+ years in software engineering with a strong track record in leadership roles
• Minimum 4 years leading large-scale React Native projects
• Deep understanding of hybrid and native mobile architectures
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in leading distributed agile teams
• Ability to articulate and defend technical solutions in business contexts

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Previous experience working with fintech clients or digital banking platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, mobile security, and compliance best practices
• Ability to influence and align technical roadmaps with business outcomes
