Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day operational and project-related activities. This role will primarily focus on operational tasks, including system updates (Kimble, timesheets, etc.), documentation management, and ensuring project processes run smoothly. Additionally, the role will involve some project management responsibilities, though this will not be the primary focus.
The ideal candidate will work closely with different departments and leadership teams to ensure streamlined project execution while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial reports and budget outlines to the Executives
- Oversee the development of projects and ensure team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
- Manage operational tasks, including system updates (Kimble, timesheets, etc.) and maintaining documentation
- Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes
- Evaluate projects to ensure they align with company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
- Document the project’s creation, development, execution, scope, budget, and justification
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer
