The HR Operations Manager is responsible for the HR Operations function for Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand. The HR Lead will work closely with HR Head and senior leadership to support organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and drive performance.
Role Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Be responsible for HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS management
- Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization
- Working with consulting firms to develop appropriate human resource management solutions for each target market in the APAC region.
2. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively
- Ensure effective communication between management and employees
3. Compensation and Benefits
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market
4. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and metrics
- Manage HR audits and inspections
5. HR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Provide strategic HR support to senior management on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
