We are seeking an experienced and passionate DevOps Engineer for the Service Operations team as we continue to grow our Operations-as-a-Service for our prime Digital Banking client. This role comes with the opportunity to expand across other Digital Banking clients within our growing Vietnam delivery portfolio in the future. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to grow our new teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our cloud platforms and support applications, demonstrating agile and dynamic application support capabilities.
• Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery while increasing the maturity of DevOps practices.
• Develop and implement automated DevOps capabilities for our applications.
• Work effectively in collaboration with different teams, both local and remote.
• Support our production environment with strong performance tuning, end-to-end troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
• Utilize tools such as Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Grafana, Prometheus, Kiali, Terraform, and AWS to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure high event efficiency by actively supporting operations during key activities.

Required Education & Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer supporting modern technology stacks.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (e.g., Harness, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins), and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Kiali.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code and AWS cloud platform management.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of technical risks.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working under pressure without compromising processes and productivity.
• A committed and reliable team player, able to take direction and actively contribute to discussions on design and strategy.
• Interest in new technologies and the ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills in Vietnamese for collaboration with cross-functional teams
