Job description: 

About the role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Project Manager with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery while applying Agile principles to ensure team productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.

A day in this role: 

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices to enhance team collaboration and delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Support teams in removing blockers and fostering continuous improvement.

The expertise requested:

•     5+ years of project management experience in IT or software development.
•     Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
•     Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
•     Experience using project management and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
•     Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

Desired or nice to have skills:

• Experience with Agile project management and familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.
• Familiarity with scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS).  
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare)
