About the role:
Oversees and coordinates HR-related projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and executing initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, policy implementation, or HR system upgrades. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, tracks project progress, and ensures timely delivery within scope and budget.

A day in this role:

• Developing project plans and timelines
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and addressing roadblocks
• Preparing reports and updates for leadership
• Managing project budgets and resources
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing solutions

The expertise requested:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HR-related projects
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
