About the role:

We’re looking for a skilled Blue Prism RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated processes that improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

A day in this role:

• Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using Blue Prism
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand automation requirements
• Maintain and enhance existing automation processes
• Perform troubleshooting and bug fixing on RPA bots
• Document technical specifications and process flows
• Ensure compliance with RPA best practices and governance
• Support deployment and post-implementation monitoring

The expertise requested:

• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development
• Strong understanding of RPA design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in process analysis and workflow design
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and basic scripting
• Strong English proficiency
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Blue Prism certification is a plus
