About the role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting Automotive marketing content through digital channels including social media, blogs, emails and webpages. They will also be responsible for making sure that Automotive’s marketing adheres to digital marketing best practices in order to provide a great user experience and drive leads and revenue for the company.

 

A day in this role:

  • Schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Edit, format and post blogs on WordPress.
  • Update Experian Automotive webpages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Manage digital marketing requests and provide feedback and best practices.
  • Pull reporting on digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Document digital marketing processes. 

 

Skills and experience:

 

  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Written communication: Ability to edit and write marketing copy with a customer focus that is easy to read and understand.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Ability to understand new marketing requests, gather any additional information needed, make suggestions and communicate plan to team members.
  • Problem Solving: Must demonstrate the proactive ability to identify problems, find solutions and take corrective action.
  • Ideally, expertise in website management, search engine optimization, social media and/or marketing analytics.

 

The expertise requested:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience across multiple digital marketing channels required.
  • Knowledge of specific tools a plus:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for website
  • Oracle Eloqua for email
  • WordPress for blog
  • Adobe Analytics for reporting
  • Related college degree a plus
