Job description_

About the Role_

We’re looking for a hands-on Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure and a secondary focus on AWS. This role is operationally focused and will support large-scale cloud infrastructure across multiple tenants and subscriptions. You’ll work on a wide variety of Azure services and configurations, supporting mission-critical resources and enabling enterprise-scale governance and monitoring.

A day in this role_

• Manage and maintain Azure subscriptions across multiple tenants.
• Configure and monitor Azure networking: Vnets, peering, ExpressRoutes, gateways, and private endpoints.
• Handle identity and access management using Azure RBAC, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure Policies.
• Support services like Azure OpenAI, Azure Search, Databricks, DNS, and backup/recovery tools
• Monitor system health and performance using Azure Monitor, Update Manager, and Site Recovery.
• Collaborate with teams on PowerBI/Fabric configuration and infrastructure improvements.

The expertise requested_

• 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or operations, primarily in Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure networking, governance (Management Groups, Policies), and IAM (RBAC, Entra ID).
• Familiarity with Azure services like Databricks, OpenAI, Azure Search, DNS, and backup/recovery tools.
• Experience with PowerBI or Microsoft Fabric configurations is a strong plus.
• Secondary experience with AWS cloud environments is a plus.
•  Working knowledge of DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform is beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting and cloud operations mindset rather than pure DevOps/deployment focus.
