Are you experienced in leading projects with Oracle Flexcube and ready to take on a new challenge? This is your opportunity. GFT is looking for a senior professional with strong technical expertise to support key initiatives in major projects based in Mexico.

Important: The candidate must currently reside in Colombia or be willing to relocate to Colombia, as this is a requirement for coordination and compliance across international teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions on Oracle Flexcube

• Coordinate technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with project objectives

• Serve as the technical lead, providing advanced support and mentoring team members on Flexcube-related technologies

• Oversee the integration of Flexcube with other banking systems, ensuring stability and efficiency

• Validate and design new features, customizations, and core banking system integrations

• Manage and follow up on critical incidents and problems, ensuring optimal response times

• Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure areas to ensure smooth implementations

• Ensure compliance with technical best practices, system configurations, and governance standards

Requirements:

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

• 5+ years of technical experience in Oracle Flexcube, including development and integration

• Advanced knowledge in:

  • PL/SQL and Oracle Database

  • Java and Oracle Middleware

  • Web Services (SOAP/REST)

• Experience in customization and configuration of Flexcube modules

• Understanding of banking architecture and financial processes

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing technical projects

• Intermediate or higher level of technical English
