We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale software solutions. In this role, you will join a cross-functional team of engineers and product professionals, working with high autonomy and owning end to end delivery of features. You will make data-driven decisions, incorporate customer feedback, and shape long-term technical direction across multiple products.
This position requires a strong technical background, proven experience leading engineering teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions for enterprise-level products.
•    Influence and guide stakeholders across levels, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve product goals.
•    Work across multiple interdependent products, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with the technical roadmap.
•    Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, and architects on planning, prioritization, and long-term strategy.
•    Evaluate new technologies, create business cases for adoption, and lead implementations to drive innovation and efficiency.

•    Continually improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
•    Mentor and coach junior, mid-level, and senior engineers, fostering a strong learning culture.
•    Ensure software quality by identifying and resolving defects, validating specifications, and executing QA processes.
•    Develop and maintain quality control procedures aligned with established standards.
•    Follow company policies, HR guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience
•    8–10 years of experience in software engineering, including: 
o    Mastery of relevant programming languages and enterprise development principles (Angular, typescript, java, python, .NET, etc).
o    Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
o    Significant involvement in building complex, enterprise-level products.
