What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Madrid.
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a strong execution mindset, who will play a key role in coordinating and driving end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring their successful delivery across channels and stakeholders.
This role goes beyond campaign execution, acting as a Program & ABM (Account-Based Marketing) coordinator, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and content teams.
Your main responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Program & ABM Coordination:
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing programs and ABM initiatives.
- Track and manage activities using project tools (e.g. Asana).
- Follow up on timelines and deliverables.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Content Writers, Digital Marketing CoE, Designers, and Events teams.
- Align messaging with Sales and SMEs.
- Lead Management & Sales Alignment:
- Track leads and ensure smooth marketing-sales handover.
- Maintain visibility on campaign impact.
- Tools & Data Management:
- Manage Salesforce and Pardot.
- Provide reporting and analytics insights.
- Web & Event Support:
- Maintain website content in collaboration with development teams.
- Support events, webinars, and industry campaigns.
What we are looking for:
- Experience & Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot or similar tools.
- Understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels.
- Competencies:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Languages:
- English C1 (mandatory)
- Spanish is a plus
