At GFT we have an open position for a Business Analyst, fluent in Italian and English, as well as Spanish. This would be a project for one of our clients in the insurance sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to grow in a multi-cultural, motivating and challenging environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives.
• Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment (Insurance sector).
• Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT.
• Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management.

Skills will help you succeed:

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics or similar.
• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish (at least C1).
• Good English level (at least B2).
