We are looking for a professional and well‑organized Receptionist to join our Łódź office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, guests, and business partners, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily office operations. Your tasks
- Greet, register, and assist guests to ensure a positive visitor experience
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to relevant teams, and provide essential information
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages
- Arrange courier services, order taxis, and make restaurant reservations when needed
- Support office operations by receiving deliveries and ensuring the workplace is tidy and well‑maintained
- Serve as a contact point for building administration and external service providers
- Provide administrative assistance to employees and support in daily office tasks
Your skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is welcome
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Minimum secondary education (higher education preferred)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, reliability, communication skills, and a proactive mindset
- High level of professionalism and personal culture
- Experience working abroad or in a multicultural environment is an advantage
