As an experienced Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager, you will lead talented team of HR Business Partners developing People and Culture agenda for Poland.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the team of HR Business Partners providing them with ongoing feedback and coaching to establish strategic business advisory capability in the organization
  • Drive development of People and Culture strategy for GFT Poland addressing identified gaps and needs of your group
  • Provide day to day support and coaching for managers and senior stakeholders on People, Culture and Organization topics
  • Support leaders and managers in driving high engagement, job satisfaction and retention across their teams   
  • Partner with expert HR teams create and roll out key HR processes and Talent Management initiatives across the business ensuring appropriate support, tools and insight is given to managers (i.e. evaluation, promotion and pay review processes, succession planning, feedback culture)
  • Lead strategic cross GFT Poland projects and initiatives within HR (i.e. engagement survey, DE&I strategy, career paths, PMI)
  • Use people analytics, other HR data, external research and insight to drive change and support leadership decision making 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders 
  • Strong ability to design and roll out scalable HR processes and solutions delivering tangible and measurable business impact
  • 6-7 years of experience with development and roll out of key HR processes in scaling organization
  • Good knowledge and practice of using Polish Labor Law
  • Ability to scope and manage projects and change in organization 
  • Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills to become an effective, trusted advisor to their stakeholders 
  • Innovative mindset, looking to continuously improve things, challenge status quo and solve problems
  • Fluency in English
