Role Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Technical Recruiter who aims to sharpen their recruiting competencies by working on demanding hiring requisitions from our project teams and contributing to GFT’s mission of delivering high-quality services through onboarding high-quality resources. The recruiting scope is not limited to Vietnam but also includes other countries to support our business expansion.
Key Activities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple seniority levels and a wide range of technology stacks
- Track and report hiring progress using the ATS and other recruitment tools
- Meet assigned performance KPIs
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct market research on skills, salaries, and employee benefits
- Collaborate with other TA team members to ensure timely delivery of hiring requisitions
- Proactively contribute ideas to optimize TA operational processes and eliminate redundancies
- Participate in required talent attraction activities
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting within a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record
- Experience in technical hiring for IT Services companies is a plus
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and clearly explain IT job requirements
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search
- Strong hunting, negotiation, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Comfortable adapting to new ATS platforms and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
- Responsive, proactive, mature, and results-oriented with a can-do attitude
