Role Summary

We are partnering with a leading fintech client delivering a blockchain-based platform for real-time cross-border payments and atomic settlement, designed to integrate with existing banking systems and align with modern standards such as ISO 20022. 
As part of this engagement, we are supporting the onboarding of multiple financial institutions and scaling the client’s testing capabilities. We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead end-to-end testing for these onboarding initiatives. This is a client-facing delivery role, combining test strategy, coordination, and hands-on issue resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the test strategy and test plans for onboarding banks
• Work with client teams to: Define test scenarios and coverage Prepare test data and execution approach
• Coordinate and manage: System Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-end / industry testing across institutions
• Guide client teams through test environments and simulation tools
• Track execution progress, risks, and dependencies
• Lead defect triage and resolution across multiple stakeholders
• Ensure readiness for production go-live 

Required Experience

• Strong experience in payments testing / QA within banking environments
• Hands-on delivery experience with: SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing Multi-system integration testing
• Good understanding of: Payment flows (cross-border, clearing, settlement) ISO 20022 / CBPR+ messaging Experience in client-facing testing coordination roles
• Ability to work across business, product, and engineering teams

Nice to Have 

• Experience onboarding banks to payment platforms or networks
• Exposure to SWIFT testing / certification processes Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or test management platforms
• Experience working with simulation environments for banking systems
