Part-Time Native English Trainer (Adult Learners – Communication & Soft Skills)

 

This remote position is open to native English trainers worldwide, provided they can commit to delivering sessions aligned with Vietnam Time (GMT+7).


The position offers an hourly rate of VND 800,000 (approximately USD 30) per 60-minute session. 


Overview
We are seeking a qualified Native English Trainer to deliver engaging, practical communication and soft-skills training for adult learners in a corporate environment. This is a part-time, in-person role designed to support professionals in improving workplace communication and interaction skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive, in-person English training sessions focused on communication and soft skills
  • Facilitate practical learning experiences tailored to real workplace scenarios
  • Adapt teaching methods and communication style to suit diverse corporate cultures and learner needs
  • Develop and customize training materials aligned with business contexts (GFT environment)
  • Encourage active participation and create a supportive, professional learning atmosphere
  • Provide feedback to learners to support continuous improvement

 

Trainer Profile (Requirements)
    • Native English speaker (mandatory
    • Candidates from the United States, Europe, or Australia preferred
    • Proven experience teaching adult learners, ideally in corporate or professional settings
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
    • Calm, professional demeanor with high adaptability
    • Ability to focus on practical communication rather than academic instruction

Program Details

  • Format: Online sessions
  • Session Duration: 1 hour per session
  • Workload: Approximately 5–15 hours per week (depending on enrollment)
