Role Summary 

This role is responsible for executing GFT’s internal communications strategy, driving employee communications and engagement across Vietnam and APAC, and supporting employer branding initiatives that strengthen our culture and position GFT as an employer of choice. 
You will work closely with HR, Business Leaders and regional stakeholders to deliver clear, engaging and timely internal communications, while providing support for employer branding campaigns and events.


Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Execute GFT's internal communications strategy and annual communication roadmap.
  • Own the creation, coordination and distribution of internal communications across APAC through channels such as SharePoint, Teams, email and others.
  • Write and edit articles, announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, employee stories and campaign content.
  • Support executive communications, Town Halls, presentations and key leadership messages.
  • Manage the communications calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Measure communication performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events, including Monthly and Quarterly events, Health & Well-being initiatives, Recognition programs, Culture and Sustainability campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and event communications.
  • Capture and publish event highlights and success stories.

Employee Branding

  • Support the execution of GFT's employer branding strategy and annual roadmap.
  • Support employer branding content for social media, career pages and recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate employer branding events, university partnerships and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Maintain employer branding materials, promotional assets and merchandise.
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives and success stories.
  • Assist in #growtechtalent, #womenintech and other employer branding initiatives.

Content Creation & Design

  • Create visual and written content for both internal and external communications.
  • Produce social media posts, posters, videos, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Ensure consistency with GFT's global brand guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness and employer brand visibility.
  • Track event participation and employee feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Internal Communications, Marketing, Employee Engagement, or related fields.

  • Working experience in technology companies is an advantage.

  • Experience in organizing corporate events and engagement activities is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Strong content writing and copywriting abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation design.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is preferred.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
