Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner based in Singapore to lead the modernization of a large-scale enterprise Entitlement Management platform within the banking domain.

The role will define and drive the future direction of entitlement, access, consent, and delegation capabilities, evolving the platform toward a modern, API-first architecture that can support both traditional users and emerging AI-enabled use cases.

You will work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Security, architects, Business Analysts, and engineering teams to translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap and deliver scalable platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for the modernization of the Entitlement Management platform.
  • Define the future-state entitlement, consent, delegation, and authorization model.
  • Lead initiatives related to:
    • Entitlement and Access Management
    • User Administration and Delegation
    • Consent Management
    • Policy-based Authorization
    • Digital Identity
    • Translate business and platform strategy into prioritized product initiatives, use cases, requirements, and delivery outcomes.
  • Work closely with architects and engineering teams to evolve the platform toward an API-first, scalable and modular architecture.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Security.
  • Explore and define how AI agents and autonomous digital actors can be securely authorized to act on behalf of users or clients.
  • Establish appropriate approaches for AI-agent identity, delegation, consent, authorization, revocation, governance, and auditability.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of key initiatives and independently drive them toward agreed outcomes.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Transaction Banking
    • Treasury Services
    • Digital Banking Channels
    • Identity & Access Management
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Entitlement Management
    • User Administration
    • Delegation Models
    • Authorization and Access Controls
  • Experience with corporate banking onboarding and/or channel administration.
  • Good understanding of consent, governance, security, and audit requirements within regulated environments.

Product Leadership

  • Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership role within complex technology environments.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale platform modernization or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, priorities, use cases, and product requirements.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into prioritized backlogs and measurable delivery outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of ownership and ability to independently drive complex initiatives.

Agentic AI & Digital Identity

  • Understanding of emerging Agentic AI and Digital Identity concepts, including:
    • Agent Identity
    • Human-to-Agent Delegation
    • Consent Management
    • Agent Authorization and Revocation
    • AI Governance and Auditability
  • Ability to evaluate how AI agents can be safely permissioned to perform actions on behalf of clients or users.

Technology & Architecture

  • Strong technical literacy and ability to engage effectively with architects and engineering teams, with good understanding of:
    • API-first platforms
    • Microservices architecture
    • Policy-based authorization
    • Entitlement Management platforms
    • Domain-driven design

You do not need to be a hands-on engineer, but you should be comfortable participating in architecture and solution-design discussions and understanding the implications of key platform decisions.

Preferred Experience

  • Banking or Financial Services experience.
  • Experience with large-scale platform modernization or digital transformation.
  • Exposure to AI / Agentic AI initiatives, prototyping, or proof-of-concept development.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will:

  • Define a scalable entitlement model capable of supporting both human users and AI-enabled actors.
  • Simplify existing entitlement structures and operating processes.
  • Establish scalable consent and delegation capabilities.
  • Enable an “Entitlements as a Service” model for broader digital banking use cases.
  • Reduce onboarding and entitlement-management complexity.
