What will you do?
As a Process Automation Expert you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of process automation initiatives on BPM platforms, ensuring measurable ROI. Acting as a hands-on technical expert, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the full SDLC in a regulated financial environment.
Your skills
- At least 5+ years of Process Automation frameworks configuration and development demonstrated work experience
- Proficient with Design, Development, Architecture, Implementation and Support of end-to-end business applications with the BPM platform
- Experience working with BPM/low-code platform components such as process models, data records, reports, business rules, UI frameworks, security configurations, and web APIs.
- Proficient with SQL, User Interfaces and interaction with relational databases
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipeline tools like TeamCity and Jenkins
- Familiar with the entire SDLC, from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Consultancy skllies for Lead / tech Lead role
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field - nice to have
