What will you do?
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing
strategies to attract new clients and strengthening our brand positioning within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that generate demand, support sales efforts, and elevate our presence across relevant industry touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Your Tasks
- Design and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize results.
- Define, monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing.
- Plan and run demand generation campaigns across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many models.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to drive lead nurturing, scoring, and campaign performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to deliver high-quality, data-informed assets and insights and support lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate public relations activities, including media relations and external communications.
- Organize and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and content providers.
Your Skills
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, FinTech, or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot or Marketo Engage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or equivalents).
- Experience with design and content tools such as Canva.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
