What will you do?

As a Low-code QA Lead, you will help in applying the Quality Assurance standards of software development of the existing Appian enterprise applications supporting the Client Lifecycle Management/KYC process.

Looking for a hybrid working model combining 3 days every week at the office (Warsaw) with remote working.

• Design, create, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and user stories
• Work closely with the development and product teams to understand product architecture and functionalities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process
• Coordinate and oversee the UAT process, ensuring all critical bugs are identified and addressed before production deployment
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects and inconsistencies
• Maintain expert knowledge in low-code platforms, driving best practices and standards within the team
• Report test progress, metrics, issues, and risks to project stakeholders regularly
• Ensure our testing practices comply with corporate standards and best practices

Required skills:

• Proven experience as a Tester, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior / leading role
• Knowledge of various testing techniques and the ability to use them in practice (at least 5 years of commercial experience)
• Strong knowledge of low-code platforms and their associated testing challenges (at least 1 year of experience)
• Demonstrable experience with testing methodologies and tools, especially exploratory tests, user acceptance tests, scenario-based tests, and final usability tests.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing with end-users and stakeholders
• Experience with implementation of testing processes, requirement analysis, release process, test management
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology
• Experience in every-day use of version control system (git)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Fluency in English
• BDD experience is a plus
• ISTQB certification or equivalent experience, with a clear understanding of ISTQB standards
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience in test automation with Java/Python/JavaScript/Typescript with few different tools/frameworks
