What will you do?

 

As a Junior Support Analyst you will work for financial sector Client. You will be e.g.: responsible for basic application support; monitoring system performance; assisting in troubleshooting issues under supervision; L1-L2 support for incidents, problems and service request; working on ticket resolution within SLA assigned to 2nd line - identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues faced by operators or their clients.

 

Your skills:

 

  • Min. 1 year of experience in Application Support, QA or Business analyses or related role
  • University background oriented to financial/business or equivalent in experience​
  • Basic knowledge in SQL / Python ​
  • Knowledge of Excel at a medium user level
  • English (at least B2+), Spanish nice to have​
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Troubleshooting skills and attention to details​
  • Ability to complete duties under minimal supervision
  • Aptitude for understanding global business consideration when implementing new business systems​
  • Ability to work with business users from various geographical location
  • Willingness to work in flexible schedule to give support from 7 to 15h, or 9 to 17h or 13 to 21h and readiness for on-call duty availability

 

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Basic understanding of financial products in the wholesale banking environment (Fxs, bonds, equities, etc)
