The person in this position will be responsible for supporting marketing activities – primarily in the area of organizing/coordinating events and conferences, social media activities (LinkedIn), content creation, and brand awareness initiatives.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the organization of conferences, industry events, and marketing initiatives
• Coordinating event logistics, cooperating with organizers, and supporting internal communication
• Supporting social media activities, particularly on LinkedIn
• Creating and publishing content for social media posts
• Co-creating and implementing brand awareness activities
• Preparing marketing materials and presentations
• Supporting updates of website content (CMS)
• Creating short content materials (posts, announcements, event summaries)
• Basic editing of graphics and visual materials for social media
• Supporting cooperation with marketing agencies (coordination, communication, preparation of materials)
• Monitoring basic marketing performance indicators

Requirements:

• Higher education (or final year of studies) in marketing, management, communication, or a related field
• Interest in marketing, social media, and digital communication
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media channels
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar)
• Familiarity with CMS / website content management is a plus
• Very good organizational skills
• English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
