What will you do?
As Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting employees in the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computers, external devices, and software based on adopted standards and guidelines. You will also provide remote technical support and eventually train staff in the operation of computers, computer devices, software, as well as the operation of GFT corporate systems (Active Directory, MS Entra ID, antivirus, MDM, etc.).
If you have a relevant degree, one year of experience in a similar position, experience in user support, diagnosing network problems, proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and fluent communication skills in English... apply.

Your skills:
- One year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Windows 10
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 platform applications
- User support orientation
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Task prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Good command of spoken and written English (global user support)
- Ability to work under time pressure
Nice to have:
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of mobile devices (Android, iOS)
- Ability to replace components in devices, consumables
- Basic knowledge of Azure/Intune
- Knowledge of macOS/Jamf
