Your tasks:

 

  • Supporting dedicated C&B processes in close collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits team
  • Co-creating and implementing new solutions and best practices in the area of compensation, benefits, and HR controlling
  • Providing analytical and communication support for the full C&B cycle – salary reviews, goal settlement, and bonus payouts
  • Preparing and analyzing compensation survey data, supporting market benchmarking and insights
  • Managing files for budgeting, salary review processes, and bonus calculations
  • Gathering feedback on the effectiveness of pay processes and helping to drive process improvements
  • Preparing regular HR reports (workforce KPIs, employment cost analysis, ad hoc requests)
  • Contributing to building compensation policies, pay structures, and benefits programs
  • Supporting job evaluation processes (Mercer, Korn Ferry) and job mapping/matching for market benchmarking
  • Working with Mercer surveys and platforms, as well as other market data sources, to monitor pay competitiveness

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Junior Compensation and Benefits Specialist is essential
  • Experience preparing data analyses and reports based on datasets
  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefits practices, market trends, and benchmarks
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry) and working with compensation survey reports
  • Collaborative mindset, positive energy, eagerness to learn, and willingness to share knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) would be an advantage
